LAGUNA BEACH – A caller said an elderly man, who drives a black, older model car, tried to run him over on the 200 block Ocean Avenue, just like he did a few weeks ago. The call was reported at 3: 26 p.m. on Jan. 19.

Harassment. 400 block South Coast Highway. A caller said a woman kept on unplugging hotel items and harassing other employees. 8:47 p.m.
Patrol check. A caller said a member of a neighbor’s spiritual sweat lodge urinated on his yard. 4:16 p.m.
Saturday
Vandalism. 2900 block Mountain View Drive. A caller said teenagers riding in a Ford Explorer, yanked a statue out of his front yard, dragging and leaving it to rest on the middle of the road. 8:53 p.m.
Disturbance. 100 block Balboa Avenue. A caller said a group of five boys were throwing rocks at passing cars. 4:46 p.m.
Friday
Trespassing. 2800 block Terry Road. A resident said he has had trouble with neighbors getting onto their property, adding that one was already in his back yard. 9:11 p.m.
Disturbance. 2200 block Laguna Canyon Road. A caller said a man, in his 50s with scraggly hair, who was walking around the campus, ripped off a “No Parking” sign along with a handicap sign. 12:04 p.m.

Petty theft. 600 block North Coast Highway. A caller said someone stole his 1991 Toyota 4Runner’s catalytic converter and muffler. 7:17 p.m.
Jan. 18
Disturbance. Coast Highway at 9th Street Beach. A caller said two men in their mid-40s were screaming with one standing on top of a rock with his pants off. 4:26 p.m.
Disturbance. 2100 block South Coast Highway. A caller said a neighbor was beating on his door with a wooden stick, causing minor paint damage. 12:21 p.m.
Jan. 17
Petty theft. 800 block Quivera Street. A caller said he was mailed traffic citations for a plate number destined for him from the DMV, but never received. 3:55 p.m.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 400 block Osgood Court. A caller said someone left a small animal skull on her doorstep. 7:18 a.m.
Jan. 16
Disturbance. 21500 block Wesley Drive. A caller said her upstairs neighbor accused her of stealing a vibrator and called her a derogatory name.
Disturbance. 200 block Forest Avenue. A caller said three men who were setting up band instruments were scary to past by. 10:18 a.m.
